Saturday

Callen did a good job of describing the Shackleford Banks Horse and Shelling Safari. We did have a rare sight of this British war ship leaving the harbour for Afghanistan

It was cool.
The guy at the tour said it was about an hour to the ferry to Ocracoke but when he saw our "big rig" he said we should definitely go on and get a move on! We got in line for the ferry and waited a while then pulled our big rig on

We arrived late and in a bad storm to Ocracoke so we didn't have time to see much before the next ferry to Hatteras. We did stop for Snow Crabs. I had the kitchen give me a plastic glove so I wouldn't get stinky cast again. Thankfully they had plastic gloves:)

This is what our big rig looks like on a ferry on Papas GPS

We are almost to Rodanthe where the campground has putt putt among other things:) Yipee!
